Space Shuttle Discovery leaves KSC for the Last Time

Space Shuttle Discovery (Orbiter Vehicle Designation: OV-103) does a final flyover the Kennedy Space Center (KSC) on it\’s way to its final resting place, the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center, an annex of the Smithsonian Institution\’s National Air and Space Museum in Washington D.C.

Shuttle Discovery Launched and Landed a total of 39 times, aggregating more spaceflights than any other spacecraft to date.
