The Cape Canaveral Lighthouse in July of 2015. <\/em><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The Cape Canaveral Lighthouse is located near the tip of Cape Canaveral in Florida. It has stood guard over the Cape for over 155 years and is situated amongst government and commercial launch pads on Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The current lighthouse is 151\\’ tall and was first erected in 1868, In 1893 the lighthouse was moved further inland due to shoreline erosion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
